For Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15-October 15, Mrs. Maggard´s High School & Middle School Spanish Classes researched and explored the lives of famous Hispanic Americans who have made influential contributions to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States including Carlos Santana, Rita Moreno, Selena Quintanilla, Cesar Chavez, Gloria Estefan, Pedro Martinez, Alex Rodriguez, Laurie Hernández, Pitbull, Luis Walter Alvarez, Sandra Cisneros, Christina Aguilera, and many others.
