The NCLA pays the membership fee for all 7th grade cadets. 

Rising 7th graders will complete a paper copy of the CAP Membership application.  This application must be completed before a cadet can begin to participate in activities or first promotion. Do not use the electronic form on the CAP website.

When completing the application the “Wing” is “NC” or “North Carolina” and the unit number is “MAR-NC-825”.  Recruiter is “Captain Douglas Hathaway".

Social Security Number is required on the application. It is safeguarded until sent to Maxwell Air Force Base, where our applications are processed.

8th graders and High school students who choose to remain in/join CAP after 7th grade will pay their own membership renewal fees through the CAP website.
