Prissy Polly's BBQ (Kernersville) wants the NCLA's students and families to "be their guest" tomorrow night (Tuesday, Oct 22) for a Fundraising Competition among local area schools. A portion of the night's sales will go to The NCLA and the total sales throughout the year can earn The NCLA's faculty a catered meal. Just mention you're with The NCLA. Who knows...there may be dinner entertainment that evening that is "never second best"!
APES 🌎 students completed their EcoColumn projects! Students presented their findings and analyzed data 📊 gathered over several weeks. They planted their vegetables in the learning garden 🪴.

Reminder that Elementary and Middle School Spirit week is next week! Please remember that students must be visibly participating in the dress down day in order to dress down. Please also make sure that students are dressed appropriately (nothing revealing, political, religious, derogatory, etc.). Students who are not participating in Spirit Week must be in proper NCLA uniform. We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!

Strong finishes at yesterday's Mid Piedmont Cross Country Championship Meet at Ivey Redmon Park thrust both the NCLA Boys Team and Girls Team into first place overall taking on the Championship for the 2024 season. NCLA's Isaiah Setzer and Allie Elmore both finished 1st in their races. Congratulations to all the members of both teams! We are proud of your efforts in the classroom and on the course!
