A special thank you goes to Prissy Polly's BBQ for hosting a dinner fundraiser supporting the NCLA and for allowing our Beauty and the Beast Theater Performers to give a sneak peek into this semester's performance. The food was good and the students were brilliant! Thank you families for coming out to support our school and our theater students! Be sure to come see the full production Friday, Nov. 1 at 6:30pm and again on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 2:00pm.

We are all enjoying SPIRIT WEEK!!!

You know you don't want to cook tonight! Instead, head to Prissy Polly's BBQ in Kernersville between 5:00-7:30pm to get some good food and support The NCLA. A portion of tonight's sale will go back to the school! Rumor has it there will be guest performers around 6:30pm. Look at the image for clues for who it may be!!!

We need some empty clean soup cans. Please consider helping us.

NCLA's Varsity Volleyball Team (16 seed) plays host to Gray Stone Day (17 seed) in the first round of the NCHSAA 1A Playoffs tonight at 5:30pm. Pack the stands and cheer on the Falcons! #Playoffs #FalconsForward!

Congratulations to The NCLA's very own Caroline Linville and Toni Thompson on qualifying for the 2024 NCHSAA 1A Central Women's Golf Regionals. They will hit the course today at Colonial Country Club in Thomasville, NC. Good Luck Falcons! #FalconsForward! #RegionalChampionships

Prissy Polly's BBQ (Kernersville) wants the NCLA's students and families to "be their guest" tomorrow night (Tuesday, Oct 22) for a Fundraising Competition among local area schools. A portion of the night's sales will go to The NCLA and the total sales throughout the year can earn The NCLA's faculty a catered meal. Just mention you're with The NCLA. Who knows...there may be dinner entertainment that evening that is "never second best"!

APES 🌎 students completed their EcoColumn projects! Students presented their findings and analyzed data 📊 gathered over several weeks. They planted their vegetables in the learning garden 🪴.

Reminder that Elementary and Middle School Spirit week is next week! Please remember that students must be visibly participating in the dress down day in order to dress down. Please also make sure that students are dressed appropriately (nothing revealing, political, religious, derogatory, etc.). Students who are not participating in Spirit Week must be in proper NCLA uniform. We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!

Thank you so much to the Ridge family that provided our Middle School staff with a delicious meal last Thursday! It was very appreciated and very yummy!

We can't wait for our next play. Reserve your floor seats now or pay for bleacher seats at the door. Just don't miss the fun!

One of our families caught this AMAZING shot of NCLA and the Aurora Borealis. We have a beautiful campus!
